  1. Q – How do I hire a student or staff member?

A – Please contact ALRT Human Resource

 

  1. Q – Can I turn in a late time Card?

A – Yes, even if your time card is late you can turn it in. In that case you will be paid on the pay day for the pay period in which you turned in the card.

 

  1. Q - What if I am leaving or terminating my position?

A – Please contact ALRT Human Resources to discuss.

 

  1. Q – I am a civil service or bargaining unit employee and want to know my sick leave and vacation balance?

A – This information can be found on your pay statement. You can also visit the Employee Self-Service website.

 

  1. Q – I will like to make changes to my direct deposit?

A – Visit the Employee self-service website. Click on Direct Deposit. You will be able to make changes here.

 

  1. Q – I am about to become a parent is there anything that I have to do?

A – There may be documentation for you to fill out and receive. In order to better understand what is available to you. Please contact ALRT Human Resources.

 

  1. Q – What do I do about visa renewals and changes?

A - You will need to contact the ALRT Human Resources before going to ISSS as there are issues that has to be handled at the department level before ISSS becomes involved for all visas except student visas. 612-625-3657

 

  1. Q – What if I get hurt while doing my job?

A – You will need to first contact ALRT Human Resources to do a first report of incident. Please do this as soon as possible as there is a time factor involved.

 

  1. Q – I think that something is wrong with pay. What do I do?

A – Please contact ALRT payroll at 612-625-3682
