From 2002-2004, Dr. Halcon was appointed a Sime Fellowship to pursue clinical research in the therapeutic use of essential plant oils. Dr. Halcon made history in receiving the FDA’s first-ever Investigative New Drug (IND) to study the therapeutic benefits of an essential oil.
