Read Full StoryAs of March 6, 2012, the Medical School Hiring Pause policy has changed. Departments only need to submit a hiring request for faculty positions (all faculty positions, regardless of track). All other staff positions are hired at the discretion of the Department management.
The Dean encourages all Department management to continue to apply the rigor utilized in the Hiring Pause process to your internal evaluation of the financial feasibility of each hire.
Faculty Hiring Requests
Faculty hiring requests should be completed and approved by the hiring department and then forwarded to Marilynn Dunbar to route for Dean's Office review and approval. The following forms need to be included in the request:
