Clinical Trial Registration

Welcome to our clinical trials registration section. In this section, you will be asked to enter some information about your health. If you are not able to answer all the questions at this time, feel free to return to this section of the website and complete the questionnaire at another time. If you need help answering some of the questions feel free to print out these questions and have a member of your diabetes care team help you answer them. The Diabetes Institute for Immunology and Transplantation (DIIT) will store the information you enter in a secure database and it will be used to help determine if you are potentially eligible to participate in a current or future islet transplant clinical trial.

If you are ineligible to participate in one of our current islet transplant clinical trials, the computer will let you know. If your registration application is accepted, the DIIT will contact you for potential screening for possible enrollment in an islet transplant clinical trial.

If you are ineligible to participate in an islet transplant clinical trial, you may want to consider getting a pancreas transplant.

Thank you in advance for your interest in our islet transplant clinical trials.
