Women's Mentoring Program

The Women’s Mentoring Program promotes a supportive and positive environment for the career development of women faculty of the University of Minnesota Medical School and the College of Pharmacy on the UMD campus. By providing opportunities to learn new skills, exchange ideas and advice, network, and problem solve, the program assists participants in career development and achieving balance between career and personal life.

The program has two major components: Mentoring Assistant Professors and Programs and Events for women faculty.

For additional information about the AHC Duluth Women’s Mentoring Program, contact Jean F. Regal, Ph.D., Department of Biochemistry & Molecular Biology, Medical School Duluth, 1035 University Dr., Duluth, Minnesota 55812.  e-mail: jregal@d.umn.edu
