Cardiac Advanced Life Support (CALS) Program

The Department of Emergency Medicine continues to partner with the CALS program to provide the Benchmark Laboratory sessions to primary care pracitioners in greater Minnesota and other areas.  In addition, Emergency Medicine faculty and staff provide instruction for the CALS Embassy labs both on campus and abroad including sessions in:

• Thailand
• Italy
• Panama
• Haiti
• Austria

Minnesota Sudden Infant Death Center

The Center Emergency Medicine faculty developed educational materials to accompany Minnesota SIDS Center healthcare professional training video.

Emergency Medical Services for Children Resource Center of Minnesota (EMSC)

The Department of Emergency Medicine has partnered with EMSC to provide emergency medicine resources for children and families.
