Clinical Parking

Molecular Building

A six-level ramp offering convenient, accessible parking is located near the intersection of Delaware and Harvard streets on the University of Minnesota campus. The ramp is connected by a temperature-controlled underground walkway to the Phillips-Wangensteen Building, by way of the Masonic Cancer Center, and to the entrance of Fairview-University Medical Center/Fairview-University Children’s Hospital. A courtesy cart with a driver is also available in the walkway from 7 a.m. to 5:45 p.m. to provide transportation to the outpatient clinic area or to the hospital; there is no charge for this service.

To receive the reduced patient and visitor parking rate at this ramp, remember to have your parking ramp ticket validated at the clinic

Parking and Wheelchairs for the Handicapped:

Parking spaces for the handicapped are available in the hospital parking ramp. There is a charge for parking: a reduced rate is available for clinic patients. Please bring your ticket with you to your appointment for validation.

For information about assistance with transport from the ramp to the clinic, please contact our parking ramp manager at 612/624-4665.

Between the Malcolm Moos Tower and the Phillips-Wangensteen Building, there are six parking spaces, three on either side of Delaware Street, designated for handicapped use.

Wheelchairs are available in the clinic or ramp entrances. You may also ask staff for a wheelchair.
