Prescriptions and Refills

New prescriptions usually require an office visit. Your physician will give you a written prescription, unless you prefer to have it called into your pharmacy. In that case, you will need to provide the name and phone number of your pharmacy. If you are in need of a refill, please contact your pharmacy and have the pharmacy fax a request to the clinic at 612-624-3879.
