Major Interests

As a senior leader in medical education in the Twin Cities, Dr. Patow is interested in improving the educational environment for medical students and resident physicians and in improving patient care.  Recently Dr. Patow has been engaged in national efforts to integrate graduate medical education with quality improvement. In addition, Dr. Patow is interested in developing interactive continuing medical education to improve learners’ skills and patient care.
