Histochemistry and immunohistochemistry

Animal models of otitis media, middle and inner ear interactions, pathology of the inner ear due to otitis media, effect of virulence proteins of Streptococcus pneumoniae and Haemophilus influenzae on the pathological changes in the middle and inner ears.
