Bio

Ramer serves as medical director of the University of Minnesota Medical Center, Fairview, Smiley’s Family Medicine Residency, where his main focus is teaching and developing residents. In June 2011, he became certified by the University of Wisconsin-Madison Continuing Studies Department of Professional Development and Applied Studies as a fetal alcohol spectrum disorders trainer.
