Miner Honored

Michael Miner, PhD, honored with the Professional Service Award

The Minnesota Association for the Treatment of Sexual Abusers (MNATSA) honored PHS faculty member Michael Miner, PhD, at their annual conference on April 11, 2008. Jannine Hebert, president of MNATSA, said “The award is presented this year in recognition of and gratitude for Dr. Miner’s dedication to inspire students, conduct research, and influence public policy, in an effort to improve the assessment, treatment and management of sexual abusers.” She added, “As a professor, researcher, and clinician, Dr. Miner has positively influenced the direction of sex offender treatment in Minnesota.”
