Pawlicki Completes Study

Paul Pawlicki, PsyD, completes his postdoctoral study

Paul Pawlicki, PsyD, started college as a math major, but one sexual health elective changed his life. He left class each day fascinated by the breadth of information. He thought, "If I could do this every day, life would be great." On June 11 math major turned psychologist Pawlicki celebrated the completion of his postdoctoral study at the University of Minnesota Medical School. He will conclude his clinical work at PHS at the end of the August. Pawlicki would like to remain in the Twin Cities and work as a clinician and possibly teach some college courses.

Pawlicki received his BA in psychology from Purdue University and his MA and PsyD in clinical psychology from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. He completed his pre-doctoral internship at the Dallas Metropolitan Consortium in Psychology in Dallas, Texas, where he did therapy and psychological testing at the student counseling centers of Southern Methodist University and the University of Texas at Dallas.
