Primary Research Themes: Community-based sports medicine, obesity, increasing physical activity in inactive people

Education Activities: Chair, sports medicine curriculum in the Family Medicine Residency program; precepts residents in an outpatient clinic; teaches musculoskeletal and anatomy workshops in medical school Clinical Medicine courses; advises and precepts medical students in outpatient rotation.
