Transplant Hepatology Fellowship (1 Year)

The Transplant Hepatology Fellowship Program at the University of Minnesota is a one-year program, ACGME – accredited Liver Transplant Hepatology Program that performs approximately 80 liver transplants annually, including an active live donor program. We are UNOS – certified for both deceased and live donor liver transplantation.

The fellowship training provides advanced education in all aspects of hepatology. The curriculum was carefully designed to provide a balance of transplant and non-transplant clinical hepatology and research experience, all done for preparation for a career in academic hepatology.

Accreditation: This training program fulfills the requirements for training as stated by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) and is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME).

Any applicant interested must be in a current GI Fellowship Program with intent to graduate. If you are interested please contact:
