Biography
Dr. Clark went to Harvard School of Public Health for her doctorate (ScD in Population and International Health) and completed post-doctoral training at Harvard and at the University of Minnesota. She is affiliated with the Program in Health Disparities Research and the Applied Clinical Research Program. Dr. Clark’s research interests are both domestic and global, built upon global health training and nearly 10 years of providing consulting services and conducting research in the Middle East. Her program of research is focused on the linkages between psychosocial stress and chronic disease, with a special emphasis on the long term health effects of exposure to violence.
