James Langland, M.D., F.A.C.P.

Dr. Langland received his undergraduate degree from the University of Minnesota and graduated from the University of California, San Diego School of Medicine. He completed both a Family Practice residency at Fairview/St. Mary’s Hospitals and an Internal Medicine residency at Abbot-Northwestern Hospital in Minneapolis. From 1983 to 2009 he practiced general internal medicine in Thief River Falls, Minnesota. He has completed a Bush Fellowship in Sports Medicine and has served on the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice since 2004. He is certified in Internal Medicine, Geriatric Medicine and Sports Medicine. His interests include aging, obesity, musculoskeletal medicine and the therapeutic and prophylactic use of exercise in health care.
