FKA: Appointment Documentation Requirement
GME Administration has developed a Document Management web page to assist programs in the distribution of required documents to incoming, continuing and graduating/terming trainees. The web page outlines which documents must be retained by the program and which documents are required by MMCGME Services.
Programs may also elect to distribute their documents through the Residency Management Suite (RMS).
Copies of documents required by MMCGME Services must be forwarded to them within 30 days of the event (appointment, continuation, graduation, terming, resignation, LOA, name change). MMCGME Services final deadline for receipt of all required documents for trainees that start at the beginning of the new academic year, which starts July 1st is August 1st.
Programs wishing to distribute their documents through RMS can contact GME Administration for assistance in setting it up.
