Important AnnouncementsIMPORTANT! J-1 Visa Announcement Effective January 1, 2012, ECFMG’s J-1 sponsorship application fee will increase from $250 to $275. The charge for applications with payment received at ECFMG on or before December 31, 2011 will be $250. The charge for applications with payment received at ECFMG on or after January 1, 2012 will be $275. Please note that the J-1 sponsorship application fee is non-refundable. In addition, ECFMG’s new on-line sponsorship application, which launched in October 2011, will replace the paper application process for J-1 visa sponsorship. Paper applications requesting J-1 sponsorship will continue to be accepted by EVSP through December 2011. As of January 1, 2012, paper application forms will no longer be accepted. The fees noted above will apply to both the on-line application and paper application.
