Benefits: Employee Health Services

Employee Health Services at UMMC Fairview, Regions Hospital, Hennepin County Medical Center, and the Veterans Affairs Medical Center provide initial Blood Borne Pathogen Exposure treatment, annual Mantoux updates and flu shots at no cost to you.

When you receive an email notice from AHC Utrack, the immunization database, that you are non-compliant:

  • Present a hard copy of the email to the Employee Health staff at the hospital training site
  • Request walk-in Mantoux update service or make an appointment

If you are unable to print the email notice or need information for the Employee Health Services staff, you will be permitted to use a computer in the Employee Health Service office to access your U of M portal at www.myu.umn.edu (login using your X.500 and password) to obtain your latest immunization information.  Employee Health staff must have this information to provide immunization services.

Please refer to the Blood Borne Pathogen policy in the General Policies and Procedures section of this manual.

If you have questions, please contact Emily Jordan at jorda042@umn.edu or 612-625-8284
