Coordinated Care

It is our goal to coordinate all needed follow up while our patients are still at the clinic. To facilitate this, the nursing staff and scheduling staff coordinate ongoing care with your referring and primary care physicians, as well as other care providers such as social workers, psychologists, dieticians, radiation therapy and the clinic's patient advocate.
