Naomi Fujioka, MD


Dr. Fujioka

Dr. Fujioka received her MD from the University of Minnesota School of Medicine in 2004.  During medical school she received an Arthur D. Milburn Scholarship (2000), a Minnesota Medical Foundation Scholarship (2001), and a Lakeview Memorial Hospital Scholarship (2001).  She also volunteered as a Senior Medical Student Advisor/Tutor helping first and second year students experiencing academic difficulty (2003-2004) and as a Pre-Medical Student Advisor (2002-2004).  Dr. Fujioka also did her residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Minnesota.  During her residency she worked with Dr. Ed Greeno to design a retrospective study to analyze chemoembolization outcomes for hepatocellular carcinoma.  Dr. Fujioka entered the fellowship program in Hematology, Oncology and Transplantation at the University of Minnesota in 2007.
