Asheesh Bothra, MBBS

Dr Asheesh Bothra received his medical degree (MBBS) from S.P. Medical College, Bikaner, India. He followed it up with research projects at All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi. He believes that in addition to providing valuable insights into the US medical system, an Observership at Division of Hematology, Oncology and Transplantation provided him an opportunity to interact with quality brains in the field. He feels that such a large university setup with quality research was a great learning prospect.

I participated in rounds, case discussions, consults, conferences as well as clinics. I have had the good fortune to work with Dr. Greeno and Dr. Hammerschmidt, both of whom were extremely helpful and wasted no opportunity to teach as well discuss cases with me. Given a chance, I’d love to work with this department again in future.”
