Mahwash Jamal, MD

Dr. Mahwash Jamal graduated from Dow Medical College in Karachi, Pakistan.  She took US medical boards and has currently applied for a residency position in Pediatrics.  She plans to take up Pediatrics with a fellowship in Neurology or Hematology-Oncology.  Dr. Jamal is participating in an observership at the University of Minnesota which will expand and enrich her clinical experience in the United States. She also wishes to do this because the University offers a great learning oppportunity.  She is hoping that her experience at the University will help her decide if Heme-Onc inspires her in such a way that it will become her long-term career choice. Dr. Jamal looks forward to a learning experience which will not only be educational but life forming.
