The Lillehei Scholar Program supports the mission of the Lillehei Heart Institute
by assisting University of Minnesota faculty and students to establish careers
in cardiovascular and respiratory science. There is one general application

Grant awards. For the Grant Revision Award, a previously submitted non-funded,
but favorable national peer-reviewed grant proposal should be submitted. Applicants
for the Undergraduate Research Opportunity Program (UROP) award, should follow
all policy and procedures associated with the UMN program, as the UROP review
committee makes funding recommendations to LHI.
