Nathan Groebner, M.S.

Nate Groebner grew up in New Ulm, MN and attended the University of Minnesota, receiving a BS and MS in Geophysics. After his graduate work, he enrolled in the University of Minnesota Medical School and has just completed his second year.

Nate will be conducting research into the molecular mechanisms of early cardiac outflow tract development in the laboratory of Dr. Jamie Lohr in the Department of Pediatrics. In addition, he will apply his training in mathematical modeling to investigate neural crest migration in the early heart.

On a personal note, Nate will be happily married September 7th, 2002, to Amanda McKnight.
