Dr. Williams is an Associate Professor in the Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology and Women’s Health, Division of Maternal-Fetal Medicine.

Dr. Williams received his medical degree in 1966 from the University of Washington, Seattle.  He completed a residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the University of Minnesota before joining the faculty here.  He is board certified in both obstetrics and gynecology and maternal fetal medicine. 

Dr. Williams specializes in high risk pregnancies with special interests in prenatal diagnosis, multifetal pregnancy, organ transplantation in context of pregnancy, cystic fibrosis, autoimmune disorders, diabetes mellitus, and hypertensive disorders.
