Precepting Opportunities - Resident Cont Clinic

Resident Continuity Clinic (RCC)
10 Teaching Credits per resident per academic year

This precepting experience is a way to grow with and mentor a Pediatric resident over three years. Your role would be to precept your resident one half day each week. Residents typically function in an independent fashion during their third year. Serving the role of preceptor is very highly regarded.  In addition, it is often one of the more rewarding experiences for the resident during their training.  An incoming resident will be assigned to you the beginning of July and continue with your clinic for three years.
