Fellowships


Welcome from the University of Minnesota Department of Pediatrics! The Department of Pediatrics at the University of Minnesota promotes excellence in subspecialty training with an emphasis on academic training for the investigators and teachers of tomorrow.  Through recruiting fellows with outstanding academic potential and offering excellent training opportunities in basic and clinical research, education and master clinician tracks, the department produces subspecialists who are recognized as being exceptionally trained for academic careers.

We are proud to offer fellowship program in fourteen subspecialties including:

In addition, fellowship programs in International Medicine, Pain Management and Palliative Care, and Rheumatology are being developed.

Many of these programs have information listed on their website that explains their application process, curriculum, and program requirements.
