Dr. Dave Hanson has joined the faculty of the Department of Pediatrics in the Division of Academic General Pediatrics from Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine where he was an assistant professor of Pediatrics and taught clinical instruction to medical students and residents in the Pediatric Residency Program.

Dr. Hanson received his bachelor's degree, and MD from the University of Minnesota, and performed his internship and residency at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine.

Dr. Hanson will be joining the Pediatric hospitalist service at the University of Minnesota Children's Hospital, Fairview and will work with Dr. Abe Jacob on improving inpatient care delivery and building the general pediatric inpatient service.
