Pediatric Recognition Banquet - 2007


On June 20, 2007 the Department of Pediatrics hosted its annual Pediatric Recognition Banquet to honor pediatric residents, fellows, researchers, and faculty members. These individuals have shown excellence and dedication in the advancement and practice of pediatric medicine over the past academic year. Graduating residents and fellows were also recognized for the completion of their programs. Below are the following awards and recipients honored at the Pediatric Recognition Banquet.



Interim Department Head, Joseph Neglia, M.D.

Gold Headed Cane Award


This award is the highest honor the Department of Pediatrics can grant to an individual. It represents the recipient's life-long dedication to children and the practice of medicine.
