Become familiar with common childhood rheumatic diseases, including their common manifestations, diagnostic evaluation, and management through emphasis on outpatient care and with limited inpatient care.

Schedule Notes:
This is a 3 week elective. Exceptions for special situations will be considered. You should contact Dr. Vehe (vehex001@umn.edu) or his Gillette secretary (651-229-3892) at least two weeks prior to elective to make initial arrangements. Your final schedule including clinic site and time for the first day will need to be coordinated directly with Dr. Vehe prior to starting the elective. Core reference materials will be available.
