Immunization/PPD Information

1) Immunization Requirements for Academic Health Center Students

According to OSHA regulations, CDC guidelines, and Academic Health Center policy, all AHC students are required to have a health clearance as a condition of enrollment.

Please visit http://www.bhs.umn.edu/services/immunizationservices.htm for further information and to find the required forms and documentation needed.

2) Access your immunization records

Enrolled students may download a personalized immunization form, see information about their immunization status, and see detailed information about their immunizations in the "To Do List" found on the "my Toolkit" page of their "myU portal". To check it out, visit myU.

3) Where/When to get your next PPD test:

ALL residents and fellows are required to get their Annual Mantoux in August!  No appointment necessary and no charge!  Please go to Employee Health Services at the locations listed below in August.

Anyone who has tested positive is required to complete an Annual Symptom Survey and submit it to Boynton Health Service.

Boynton Health Service does NOT participate in this campaign and will charge you for this service.

Click here for locations and schedule.
