2011-2012 Program Manual

The information contained in this Policy Manual pertains to all residents and fellows in the department’s programs except as otherwise identified in a Fellowship Addendum. Fellows must review their fellowship addendum to be aware of policies specific to their program. Policies in these manuals have been developed in accordance with standards set by the American Board of Pediatrics and the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education, and are subject to periodic review and change by the faculty, program director, and department chair.

Residents and Fellows are responsible for acknowledging and understanding the policies and guidelines contained in this manual.
