In order to be reimbursed there must be a current address on the reimbursement form. Instructions to change address for reimbursement can be found at:
On the left-hand side of the page under ‘Quick Links’ click ‘Personal Information’. At the top from the ‘Menu’ dropdown, choose ‘Personal Address’.
Make sure you update your home AND mailing address. Both are located on that page.
