Assistant Professor (612) 273-9810 Email: moenx008@umn.edu Dr. Moen-Moore is the Assistant Director of the Psychiatry Residency Training Program. She has been involved in coordinating the psychotherapy training, examining the different psychotherapy components and requirements within the residency program. Dr. Moen teaches the group psychotherapy course, facilitates three psychotherapy groups (the adolescent, women's, and mixed adult groups) in which each PGY-3 is involved in a rotation as a co-therapist. Dr. Moen applies this same model of training to family therapy with each PGY-3 functioning as a co-therapist. Areas of interest include: clinical supervision, family and therapy through the life span, brief family interventions, play therapy with children, group psychotherapy, and developmental issues of adolescents and adults.
