Theresa Wampler Muskardin, MD began fellowship in July of 2009 and is completing a dual fellowship program in the Division of Rheumatology in the Department of Pediatrics and the Division of Rheumatic and Autoimmune Diseases in the Department of Medicine.
 

Dr. Wampler Muskardin received her MD degree from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan. She completed a combined residency in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics at the University of Minnesota, where she completed an additional year as a Chief resident in Pediatrics. She is board-certified in Pediatrics and Internal Medicine.
 

At the University of Minnesota, Dr. Wampler Muskardin cares for children and adults with arthritis, and other related conditions such as dermatomyositis and systemic lupus erythematosus. In addition to direct patient care, she is involved in medical education, quality improvement, and clinical research.
