WORLD - The World Organization of Research on Lysosomal Diseases - is a consortium of healthcare professionals, clinics, and laboratories, working as networked centers of excellence in the care and treatment of patients with lysosomal diseases. As a coordinated group distributed over a wide geographic area, we are able to provide access to services and collaborative synergies that facilitate effective treatment and research.

Clinical and research professionals are meeting to coordinate a network affiliation in the area of lysosomal disease research and treatment. The agenda will include ratification of the mission statement, formation of steering committees, and discussion of future plans.
