Sites and Tracks
A minimum of four 3-month rotations on Acute Inpatient Rehabilitation Units are required, which are typically completed in the PGY 2 & 3 years. The following sites are available. Click on each of the links below for rotation descriptions and staff biographies: The remainder of our residency training includes eight 3-month rotations involving a mix of PM&R consult service, subspecialty outpatient clinics, pediatrics, and EMG experiences. These rotations include the following with a variable sequence: - UMMC: PM&R Consults (3 mo.)
- VAMC: PM&R Consults (3 mo.)
- UMMC: PM&R, Subspecialty and Pain Clinics (3 mo.)
- VAMC: PM&R Clinics (3 mo.)
- HCMC: PM&R and Subspecialty Clinics (3 mo.)
- EMG I and II: Totals 6 months split into 2 rotations. EMG experience primarily occurs at the VAMC PM&R Department.
- VAMC, Spinal Cord Rotation, 50% inpatient, 50% outpatient (3 mo.)
- Regions: PM&R Clinics (3 mo.)
