Students may apply for admission to the professional program after two years of college course work. Those holding a baccalaureate degree in a science field may apply to the 15-month practical and clinical training program on a space available basis. Applications are available from:

Application deadline: March 1. Students begin the professional program fall semester. Students now registered in the University need to file an Application for Change of College or Status at the One Stop Student Service Office, 200 Fraser Hall. An early application is recommended.
