Application Process

To apply, we require the following:

a letter of recommendation from your Site Director to Dr. Linda Carson

a current copy of your Curriculum Vitae

documentation of your American Board of OB/GYN certification

Human Resource Information Form.

Applications are sent to the Promotion and Tenure Committee for their review and vote, then to the Faculty Affairs Office in the Medical School for final approval.

You can either mail the application via USPS, fax it to 612-626-0665, or email it to Sandy Nanti, nanti001@umn.edu.
