Founder (1989) of the Park Nicolet Hand Center (Park Nicolet Clinic, Minneapolis, MN). Recruited in 1988 to establish a Hand program within the department of Orthopaedics at Park Nicollet. Establishment of Hand Center involved budget development, design, recruitment, and management (1989-1993). Program was coordinated with establishment of Hand Fellowship and combined relationship between Department of Orthopaedics at the University of Minnesota and Park Nicollet Hand Center.
