Daniel Berrigan, SJ, member of the Advisory Board of the Program in Human Rights and Medicine, celebrated poet, and radical advocate of human rights has, in addition to his anti-war efforts, long worked with, and on behalf of, various persons at risk of unjust treatment under our health care system, especially cancer patients and persons with AIDS.
