The Senander Archive contains holdings documenting the social debate regarding euthanasia and related, primarily end-of-life issues in the US and abroad. The materials were collected beginning in the 1970s and were donated by Mary Senander to the Program in Human Rights and Medicine in 2001. Holdings include records of court cases, news letters from proponent and opponent organizations (e.g. Hemlock Society, International Anti-Euthanasia Task Force), press articles, and statements by persons representing various positions.
Please contact the Program in Human Rights and Medicine by email
(phrm@umn.edu) or by telephone (612-626-6559) regarding use of the archive.
