Neuropsychological Evaluations, Department of Psychiatry at the University of Minnesota

This clinic is held on Monday and Thursday mornings and facilitated by Jeff Wozniak, Ph.D. Evaluations take up to four hours to complete. Dr. Wozniak primarily sees Child/Adolescent patients. Dr. Wozniak specializes in the area of ADHD, learning disabilities, brain injuries, and Behavior Disorders. Appointments are schedule through Intake, (612) 273-8710
