2009 Fellowship Application, Division of Renal Diseases and Hypertension at the University of Minnesota

Thank you for your interest in the Renal Diseases and Hypertension Fellowship at the University of Minnesota.

For 2009 program starts, we will be using ERAS. Please refer to their website for application instructions. Our program requires all of the following supporting documents, submitted through ERAS:

Current curriculum vitae
Personal statement
Medical School transcripts (copies)
Three (3) letters of recommendation
Medical School Dean’s letter (copy)
A valid ECFMG certificate, if you graduated from a medical school outside the United States or Canada)
Results of Part I, II, and III of the United States Medical Licensing Exam USMLE)
A recent photo

The match will start January 02, 2008.
Match day is scheduled for June 18, 2008.

Visa status: The University of Minnesota Medical School will accept applicants with J-1 or H-1 visas and consider them on a case-by-case basis.

Interviews: Interviews will be scheduled between January and March 2008. No interviews will be granted without a completed application.
