New Employees of NHH or MCB, Division of Rheumatic and Autoimmune Diseases in the Department of Medicine at the University of Minnesota
Faculty and Staff hired to work in the Moleculty, Cellular and Biology Building (MCB) or Nils Hasselmo Hall (NHH) have special training requirements* before being granted access to labs and offices. Most of the training required can now be done online. The site below can direct you to the training, help you get to know the type of access you require, and let you know a bit more about the buildings themselves. After leaving this site to enter the Research Building Management Site, just click on the building you will be working in and follow the links as needed. You will need to click on 'Policies and Procedures' , 'Safety Issues/Links' and 'U card access' to find the necessary training. If you have any questions regarding training please speak with the building manager or myself.

*Please note, you must still do HIPAA training requirements in addition to Research Building Lab/Office training requirements. See: HIPAA for New Faculty/Staff
