Stem Cell Institute Core Research Facilities

The Stem Cell Institute has 2 core research facilities that are available on a fee for service/use basis to cover the costs of operation and maintenance.  Core Facility personnel provide training on equipment and support for experimental design and data analysis.

 1)  Flow Cytometry

            - FACS Aria for sterile cell separation (operator assisted use only)
            - FACS Calibur

 2)  Microscopy

            - Confocal Microscope - Zeiss Axioscop 2 with a Biorad 2000 laser head
            - Zeiss Fluorescence Inverted Microscope with Digital Imaging

Lab-Specific Safety Training
