Utilizing Fairview Resources for Research
| Research Administration |
The Fairview Research Administration Department provides a range of services integral to the research process such as: regulatory support and consulation; contract review and signing; research pricing and billing; and budget development. |
| E-Form |
E-Form is Fairview's research electronic pricing system. Prior to creating a budget including Fairview resources, pricing must be obtained from Fairview, and a copy of the quote must be included with the PRF. |
| Lab Information |
Fairview has made available on their website normal lab values, certifications, and other information that may be required by funding agencies supporting clinical research. |
| Access |
In order to access Fairview Systems, including medical records, non-Fairview employees must complete a request for access form. |
| Training |
Fairview-employed Investigators, unaffiliated Investigators and other key personnel conducting research with Fairview patients, records, specimens, systems & resources who are involved with recruiting, consenting or data collection/abstraction must complete the required Investigator Education training. Training must be completed once every three years. |
