Thank you for your interest in the Renal Diseases and Hypertension Fellowship at the University of Minnesota. For 2011 program starts, we will be using ERAS. - Personal statement
- Medical School transcripts (copies)
- Three (3) letters of recommendation
- Medical School Dean’s letter (copy)
- A valid ECFMG certificate, if you graduated from a medical school outside the United States or Canada)
- Results of Part I, II, and III of the United States Medical Licensing Exam USMLE)
- A recent photo
The match will start January 01, 2010.
Match day is scheduled for June 2010. |  |
Visa status: The University of Minnesota Medical School will accept applicants with J-1 or H-1 visas and consider them on a case-by-case basis.
Interviews: Interviews will be scheduled between January and March 2010. No interviews will be granted without a completed application.
